  1. Delivery to pickup point / Z-box

Shipping for CZ and SK – 89 CZK including VAT

Free shipping for CZ and SK – over 2,500 CZK including VAT

You can pick up the goods at one of more than 10,000 pickup points in the Czech Republic. The list can be found on the website https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky.

Zásilkovna will notify you about the shipment by email and SMS.

  1. Delivery to address

Shipping for CZ and SK – 119 CZK including VAT

Free shipping for CZ and SK – over 2,500 CZK including VAT

Zásilkovna will notify you by email and SMS when your package is ready for delivery.

    3. Delivery to other countries than CZ/SK

Shipping to other countries will be calculated at checkout.

Payment options

  1. Cash on delivery

Pay for your goods upon receipt from the carrier. If delivered by Zásilkovna shipping service, payment can be made in cash or by card. Cash on delivery fee – 30 CZK including VAT added to the selected shipping method.

  1. Bank transfer in CZK

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. We will ship the goods on the day the payment is received in our bank account. We will wait for your payment for up to 7 business days. If the payment is not received by then, we will be forced to cancel the order.

  1. Online payment by card (Stripe)

Pay for your goods online with your payment card.
