RETURNING GOODS

Would you like to return goods purchased from the Chapito studio. online store?

  • Please pack the unused goods carefully with all contents.

  • Include the invoice you received by email (available for download in the email with the subject "Order Confirmed").

  • If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide your bank account number for the refund.

Use the tracking number to check if we have received the goods.

You will receive information about the processing via email within the statutory period, no later than 14 days.


How will you get your money back?

The money will be refunded to your bank account or, if paid by card, to the card from which the payment was made, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
