1. DELIVERY TO PICK-UP POINT / Z-BOX

  • Delivery for CZ and SK: 89 CZK (including VAT)

  • FREE SHIPPING for CZ and SK orders over 2,500 CZK (including VAT)

You can pick up your goods from any of the more than 10,000 pick-up points in CZ. You can find the list on the website: https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky.

Zásilkovna will notify you via email and SMS about your shipment.

  • Delivery time: Typically 1 to 2 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery cost: 89 CZK (including VAT)

2. DELIVERY TO ADDRESS

  • Delivery for CZ and SK: 119 CZK (including VAT)

  • FREE SHIPPING for CZ and SK orders over 2,500 CZK (including VAT)

Zásilkovna will notify you via email and SMS about your shipment.

  • Delivery time: Typically 1 to 2 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery cost: 119 CZK (including VAT)

Payment Options

1. CASH ON DELIVERY

  • Pay for the goods upon receipt from the carrier.

  • If delivered via Zásilkovna, you can pay in cash or by card.

  • Cash on delivery fee: 30 CZK (including VAT) added to the selected delivery method.

2. BANK TRANSFER IN CZK

  • After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

  • We will ship the goods on the day the payment is credited to our bank account.

  • We will wait for your payment for up to 7 business days. If the payment is not received within this time, we will have to cancel your order.

3. ONLINE CARD PAYMENT (STRIPE)

  • Pay for the goods online using your payment card.
